Have 4 never used GE/Ma Com MPA Scan portables. These recently have been flashed to drop into the lower band of 138 mhz. U will need to pick up the DTMF pad for this unit and then it will be programmable via the key pad. U will have to Align unit to the lower freq as it is now in 150-174 mhz. These are still in the box. Can provide a used Drop in rapid charger/no batteries available
